We use a very personalized approach to assist students (grade 5-graduate school) and adults to build skills in organization, time management, and planning. The majority of our clients have ADHD and/or Executive Function challenges. We help them develop (and, if necessary, adjust) systems and processes to assist them with reaching their goals. We meet at least 1-2 times per week to keep them "moving" and hold them accountable. We also follow the Orton-Gillingham approach to teach reading and spelling to children ages 7 and up. OG is a direct, explicit, systematic, sequential, prescriptive, diagnostic, and multisensory approach to literacy instruction. We get to know our students well and personalize our work with each student. While we typically work virtually, we may have opportunities for in-person sessions, depending on location. We have specialists in Montgomery County, Maryland, Western New York, Northern New Jersey, and Northern Virginia.
