I help adults who are suffering from residual effects related to symptoms of anxiety, sadness, exhaustion, shame, or fear. Using EMDR, my clients learn to regulate and process their emotions. These tools help them think more clearly and solve their problems in healthier ways. Through this process, they become more self-assured, able to cope more effectively, and are empowered to thrive rather than simply survive.
