What do I need to do?

• Receive an email to the primary survey which takes approximately 35 minutes to complete.

Am I eligible?

• If you live in the United States, are 18 years old or older, and have a child aged 6-12 years old with ADHD, you may be eligible to participate.
• The 5 minute screening survey will determine your eligibility.

What do I get for participating?

• You have the opportunity to contribute to research that aims to help improve mental health services for children with ADHD and their families.
