As a professionally certified ADHD Coach, Donna is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (PCC – Professional Certified Coach), Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PCAC – Professional Certified ADHD Coach) and ADD Coaching Academy (ACCG – ADDCA Certified Coach Graduate). She serves as an Assistant Director of Training for ADDCA, Mentor Coach, Assessor and Course Leader. Donna works primarily with adults (18+), many of whom were not diagnosed as children, across a variety of professions and/or at various levels in their academic careers. Together Donna and her clients explore strategies and scaffolding, suited to clients’ unique needs and situations, in order to reach their desired outcomes. Donna brings her realities as a late-diagnosed woman to her coaching in addition to her experience with her own entrepreneurial and business endeavors and long-time service at the senior and executive levels of nonprofit management, government, and public service. Her experience writing professionally and as an amateur musician offer insight into the world of ADHD creatives. She holds graduate degrees in political science and criminal justice and occasionally is an adjunct instructor. Additionally, Donna is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), Yoga Alliance continuing education provider (YACEP), and a Certified Yoga Therapist (1000hr). She welcomes clients of all races, cultures, identities, orientations and abilities.
