ADHDers struggle with executive functions. Executive functions work like a GPS in your brain; they show you the step-by-step instructions needed so you can get to where you’re going. These struggles can impact almost every facet of your life and can make daily tasks such as planning and prioritizing, focusing, and regulating your emotions feel impossible. I use a neurodivergent-friendly and tailored approach. You will develop your skills and implement strategies that work for you while also learning all about your brain. As a school psychologist and licensed therapist, I am in the unique position of working with teens and their families. I also have experience supporting adults, including those who are just discovering they have ADHD. My practice is based on compassionate accountability and creating a safe space so you can try new things. At this time, I am offering online coaching to help you or your family with ADHD. I am not holding in-person sessions.
