Some of the therapies we incorporate into our practice include art therapy, Internal Family Systems, Authenticity Therapy, various styles of quick and effective trauma treatment, practical life skills, mindfulness (DBT). We also utilize pet therapy, pop culture, board games, fiction, apps, and even video games to make the work of psychotherapy fun and engaging. The brain loves novelty, and these outside-of-the-box approaches to therapy and wholistic wellness help to facilitate change, and even to make it enjoyable!
