Combination of Meds May Be Best for Long-Term Outcomes of ADHD

Emerging research suggests combining two standard medications results in greater clinical improvements for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) than use of either medication independently. As published in the Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (JAACAP), three studies demonstrated that combination therapy could lead to greater clinical improvements for children with ADHD.
