You struggle parenting your children fairly because one of them has ADHD, ASD, or Anxiety. You have no idea what to do and the whole family is struggling as a result. You have trouble understanding IEP meetings and content involved with your child’s IEP. You feel alone like no one is advocating for your child’s needs and you are looking for directions for the next step. Your child is struggling in the home. The family dynamics are extremely stressful and you don’t know what to do or how to help the situation. I absolutely love working with children ages 3-9 and their overwhelmed parents, specifically children with ADHD, Aspergers, Gifted children, and behavioral difficulties and their FAMILIES. I provide play therapy techniques and parenting support to reach parenting goals!

Licenses & Accreditations I received my master’s from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (GO TARHEELS) with an emphasis on developmental disabilities (ADHD, Autism/Asperger’s, and Learning Disabilities). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in North Carolina and formerly a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona. In addition, I am also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and currently working on becoming a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) which will allow me to provide psychological testing. As a registered yoga teacher, I also try to incorporate movement in therapy sessions, I utilize yoga to increase concentration, awareness, and reduce hyperactivity.
