I provide client-centered and collaborative ADHD counseling, coaching, and psychotherapy to adults over the age of 18, to couples, non-ADHD partners, and loved ones, to those newly diagnosed, to a senior population, and to those with co-existing conditions like anxiety, depression or trauma. Consultation is also available to other community professionals. ADHD coaching services are provided remotely (telephonic and video) across Canada and the US while ADHD counseling and psychotherapy are currently restricted to residents of the Provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario Canada.
