I have an extensive history working with people with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, and depression. I provide a safe space to listen empathically to your feelings and experiences while offering insight and co-creating potential solutions. My background in education and social work provide me with tools to support holistic, customized, evidence-based interventions. I have helped many to find hope, excitement, and brighter futures, in a fun, safe environment.
