I offer counseling and coaching for individuals and families with ADHD. I help individuals and families realize their talents while coping with the challenges that ADHD brings. I help you create ADHD-friendly systems in your home, work or school environment to support you or your loved one best. Anxiety, depression and emotional dysregulation also accompany ADHD and are issues we commonly address in therapy as well. I work with all ages and particularly enjoy working with adults newly diagnosed with ADHD. You do not need to figure this all out on your own. I am here to help!
