Hi everyone and welcome! I’m James, originally from Baltimore, Maryland but currently residing in Florida. I am a former Division I college athlete who completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and completed my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling in 2020. I have 14 years of experience working with a population of children, youth, teens, adults, and families in areas of mental health, behavioral analysis, dual diagnosis, therapy, and coaching. Some of these areas consist of ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, motivation, goal setting, time management, executive functioning, work-life balance, and relationships. This has led me to focus on coaching the neurodivergent population. My program and style consist of a personalized program for my clients working on their specific struggles and goals.
