Sharon is an ADHD Coach and Author who is passionate about helping people with ADHD have functional and fun lives. Sharon uses her lived experience (all her children and husband have ADHD), 13 years of research and training at ADDCA to help and support those living with ADHD. She enjoys researching ADHD and developing systems to work with the ADHD brain. She loves anything that makes day to day life easier with ADHD. Sharon's company, The Functional Family, has assisted over 22,000 families. She has created online support groups where parents can ask questions, connect and support each other. She offers adult ADHD coaching, parent mentoring, a regular blog, podcast, a membership and an incredible 6 week online program, ADHD and Families. She wants to help families get back their time and energy, but most importantly create space for the good stuff!
