Many high school and college students struggle with executive functioning skills. These skills are called “executive” skills because they’re similar to those necessary in the professional world. By working with an executive skills coach, students and adults can develop strategies to improve their performance in school, work, and daily living. Whether someone is neurotypical or neurodivergent (such as having ADHD, Autism, or a learning disability), I can help guide clients through identifying what areas/skills they want to work on, break those skills down into manageable parts, develop a plan, monitor progress, and provide check-ins to increase accountability, which increases the likelihood of success.
