As a coach, I strive to develop a collaborative relationship with my clients and to establish goals and strategies to more effectively manage their daily life. I offer empathetic support and encourage each person to focus on their individual strengths and create an increased level of self-awareness with an emphasis on a healthy lifestyle. It is my responsibility as a coach to carefully listen to my client’s questions and concerns to determine what might be keeping them from reaching their goals and moving forward. My specialty is high school and college students and parents. I enjoy helping students reach their potential and helping parents navigate through these years. I am also a mother of an ADHD college aged son. I have been where you are now - looking for help. I can coach either students or parents and am available to coach in person, Skype, face-time and zoom.
