I have over 30 years experience as a psychotherapist and use a variety of approaches (including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, experiential, and hypnosis) to help teenagers, men, women, couples, and families. While I have extensive experience providing counseling and psychotherapy to people with ADD, ADHD, and anxiety, I also have the personal experience of living with family members with ADD and ADHD. My style is positive, engaging and straightforward and I try to actively offer input and direction as part of the helping process.
