Located in the Santa Monica/ West Los Angeles area, I provide coaching services both locally and long distance, meeting with clients through face-to-face sessions, telephone calls, and video programs. I offer services to people in all seasons of life, from young children to retirement age. I help people face, understand and manage life's challenges and situations. I coach motivated, highly creative adults and young people. Many of them have ADHD, or suspect they do. Together we identify strengths & talents, clarify goals, and examine challenges. My style is collaborative and non-judgmental; my clients and I work as a team to tailor strategies enabling them to focus on their strengths and enjoy the up side of their ADHD brain wiring."
