Have ADHD? Interested in contributing your time for a chance at one of our 90 $50 gift cards?

This study aims to investigate how different identities and experiences impact someone’s development of ADHD. You have been invited to participate in this study because you are at least 18 years of age and have been clinically or self-diagnosed with ADHD. If you decide to participate, you will be asked to complete a demographic questionnaire and measures about your experiences with ADHD, which should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The greatest risk of this study is the potential loss of confidentiality or emotional discomfort due to the subject material.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you are interested in learning more about this study, please review this consent form carefully and take your time deciding whether you want to participate. The survey is anonymous.
