Study Details

ATTENTION: Parents of children ages 8-12

We are recruiting children to participate in a transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) research study to learn if there are differences between the brain’s function in children with and without ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder). We are also testing the effect of TMS on and off medication in children with ADHD

WHO: Girls and boys with and without ADHD ages 8-12 years-old

WHAT: Eligibility screening via parent phone interviews, 2-3 days of testing including computer games, questionnaires, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and medication. Parents will receive an IQ report!

WHERE: Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD

BENEFIT: There is no direct medical benefit for participating in this study.

COMPENSATION: $50 per day of participation.
