ADHD experts share information for diagnosing adult ADHD correctly, and encourage clinicians to look at the history of symptoms as well as for other conditions that may be present. Helpful diagnostic scales are provided, and the prevalence of adult ADHD along with the problems of missed diagnosis in childhood are discussed.
